For chronic humidity problems, full encapsulation seals the entire space — floor, walls, and vents — into a controlled environment.
Exposed floor joists and subfloor wood get HEPA-vacuumed and treated with an antimicrobial suited for structural lumber.

If previous work only treated visible growth without addressing vapor barrier gaps or drainage, the moisture source was never actually fixed.
Air moves between a crawl space and living areas more than most people expect, especially through gaps around plumbing and ductwork.
We'll give you a realistic timeline after inspecting your specific Everett, MA crawl space.
